Who I Am And What I Do

Hi, my name is Jessica Towl, i am 19 and i have been a Triathlete for the past 4 years.
This site is designed to keep you updated on my Triathlon training, races, sponsors, and coaches.

I have just completed my final year as a Junior Elite, so now i am moving up to the Under23 where i have to compete at Olympic Distance rather than Sprint Distance.

Last year i spent 10 months living at training in Perth with the University of Western Australia Triathlon Club, where i trained around 20 hours per week. This was a fantastic experience from which i became a much more rounded triathlete as my recent race results proove. I would like to thank my coach in Australia Grant Landers for all his help.

As a Junior i have represented Great Britain at the Euorpean Realys in Italy, In the Salford ITU World Cup, In the Junior Elite race in Geneva Switzerland and in the ITU Perth Cup Australia (My first senoir race)

My best perforamce to date was my Podium Finish in Geneva Switzerland where during the run i overhauled the former European Champion Daniela Ryf to claim the bronze medal.
